1. Pickup from Accommodation

Timing: Early morning pickup (usually between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM) to catch the sunrise.

Transportation: Comfortable vehicles with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant journey from clients' accommodations in Marrakech to the launch site.

2. Breakfast at the Launch Site

Menu: Serve a traditional Moroccan breakfast that could include freshly baked bread, local pastries, honey, olive oil, jams, fresh fruit, Moroccan mint tea, and freshly squeezed juice.

Scenery: Arrange the breakfast in a scenic spot where clients can enjoy the views as they eat and watch the balloon being inflated.

3. Hot Air Balloon Flight

Duration: Flight time between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on weather conditions.

Route: Fly over the stunning landscapes around Marrakech, including views of the Atlas Mountains, local villages, and the surrounding desert.

Safety: Make sure to have a certified and experienced pilot. Conduct a safety briefing before the flight.

4. Post-Flight Celebrations

Landing: Upon landing, offer a certificate of completion as a keepsake for guests.

Optional Extras: Consider providing a small glass of Moroccan tea to toast the adventure.

5. Return to Accommodation

Timing: After the flight and celebrations, arrange the transportation back to their accommodation in Marrakech.
